Our Story

  Stachia's Fully Loaded Grill was established in 2018 to bring some of my favorite dishes back to my hometown. You will always receive freshly prepared food and 5 star customer service. Born and raised in Spring Lake, NC I learned to cook and actually enjoyed it at a very young age being the oldest of 3 kids with working parents.  After high school, some college and service in the US Army, I decided it was time to follow my own dreams. While residing in Atlanta, GA I started a small but profitable catering company named McMama's Soul Food.  While awaiting catering gigs I owned/operated the Grill at Milo's which was a brick and mortar location. 
     My experiences have vetted me in knowing what it takes to provide quality food items and exceptional service.  From our Chicken or Steak Philly, Loaded Potatoes/Fries, Wings, or Signature Fried Rice Entrees, we want your experience with us to be the topic of your next conversation or tweet! After relocating back to GA, opening and recently closing  another location, we decided to go back to our food trucks and rebrand with a new found love I have in preparing Hibachi Entrees.  I look forward to meeting you and serving you our "Fully Loaded Hibachi Grill" items!
